1. Agreement
These terms govern your access to and use of websites, products, and services provided by Soura Research Technology, a sole proprietorship operated by Yoza Wiratama and registered in Depok, Indonesia. By using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to enter into transactions with us. By creating an account you represent that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to break the law, infringe on the rights of others, transmit malicious code, or attempt to disrupt the integrity of the systems we operate. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these constraints.
4. Payments
Where a service requires payment, the price, currency, and billing cadence will be displayed before you confirm the transaction. Payments are processed by licensed Indonesian payment gateways. Successful transactions are confirmed by email or in-product receipt.
5. Refunds
Digital goods and services are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by Indonesian consumer law or where the product is materially defective. Refund requests may be sent to support@souraretech.com within fourteen (14) days of the transaction; we will review each request on its merits and respond within seven business days.
6. Intellectual property
All content, software, designs, and trademarks used on this site and within our products remain the property of Soura Research Technology or its licensors, except for content you contribute, which remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to host and display your contributions solely to operate the services.
7. Disclaimer
Our services are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, except where Indonesian law requires otherwise. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, Soura Research Technology and its principal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will first be addressed in good faith through correspondence; failing that, the matter shall be submitted to the competent courts in Depok, Indonesia.
