1. Who we are

Soura Research Technology ("we", "us", or "the studio") is a sole proprietorship operated by Yoza Wiratama, registered in Depok, Indonesia. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit this site or use any product listed under our research initiatives, including but not limited to Soura and Onlymit.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what is necessary for a given interaction:

• Account information — name, email address, and authentication tokens, when you create an account on one of our products.
• Transaction information — when you make a payment, we receive transaction metadata (amount, currency, status, reference) from our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers or banking credentials.
• Usage information — basic, aggregated technical logs (browser type, page requested, timestamp) that help us keep the site healthy.
• Correspondence — the contents of any email you send us.

3. How we use it

Information is used to operate the products you have asked us to provide, to fulfil and reconcile transactions, to respond to your messages, and to comply with applicable Indonesian law. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for behavioural advertising.

4. Payment processing

Payments are processed by licensed third-party payment gateways operating under the supervision of Bank Indonesia. When you pay, the relevant payment information is transmitted directly to the processor; we receive only a transaction reference and status. Each processor maintains its own privacy policy, which governs the data they collect.

5. Data retention

We retain account and transaction records for as long as the account is active and for the period required by Indonesian tax and commercial law thereafter. Operational logs are retained for a short rolling window and then discarded.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by writing to privacy@souraretech.com. Where deletion would conflict with our legal obligations (for example, retained tax records), we will explain the constraint and act on as much of the request as is lawfully possible.

7. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we will revise the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email.
